BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-01-407 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL BY APRIL NAVAL OF THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION' S APPROVAL OF USE PERMIT NO. UP-01-3 OF MARY ROLLERI <br /> (C/O TAE OH) , THEREBY DENYING USE PERMIT NO. UP-01-3 <br /> WHEREAS, on May 17, 2001, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 26, 2001, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary <br /> evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said <br /> matter, and thiE Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br /> premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that said appeal be, and it hereby is, approved, thereby denying <br /> Use Permit No. UP- 01-3 . <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 2001, by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit : <br /> AYES : BEDFORD; GUTIERREZ, SIEGLOCK, MARENCO <br /> NOES : MOW <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> DARIO L.
