The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Count <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Exterior walls less than ( ) feet from a property line <br /> shall be of ( ) , fire-resistive construction. <br /> Openings will not be permitted less than (_) feet and <br /> protected less than (_) feet. <br /> b. The proposed use will change the occupancy from a <br /> ( ) occupancy to a ( ) occupancy <br /> (U.B.C. Section 3405) . The structure must be brought <br /> into compliance with all current code provisions <br /> including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, <br /> energy and disabled access requirements. <br /> C. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> d. The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area <br /> permitted by the Uniform Building Code for a ( ) <br /> occupancy and ( ) type of construction.
