PA-0500583 (GP,Pre Application]}, SU005597, Attention: Kathy Allen <br /> 5382 East Main Street, Stockton <br /> The Environmental Health Department has the following concerns on this pre-application that <br /> need to be addressed: <br /> A. Written Confirmation is required fron Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the Public Works <br /> Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is <br /> also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires connection to an approved public water <br /> supply system (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). A letter from the <br /> water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development <br /> and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the final map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> to <br /> MH:cf <br />
