The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> F. Prior to issuance of building permit(s), applicant shall uncover existing leach lines on Parcel <br /> #9 to demonstrate system does not encroach on the proposed access easement according to <br /> the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be completed under a liquid waste <br /> consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for <br /> the consultation permit is $186.00. <br />
