A soil suitability study shalt be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> / that the area is suitable for the existing septic system(s) usage. The study must be approved <br /> 1 by the Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin <br /> N' County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$210.00 must be paid at time <br /> J � of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> �y The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 01', B. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system(s) is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> � // replacement area. <br />
