ENGEO <br /> INCORPORATED <br /> 4.2.2 State Record Sources <br /> The following is a summary of state databases reviewed by EDR. <br /> • AWP — Annual Workplan Sites — Identifies known hazardous substance sites targeted for <br /> cleanup. <br /> • CAL-SITES—Contains potential or confirmed hazardous substance release properties. <br /> • CHMIRS — California Hazardous Materials Information Reporting System — Contains <br /> information on reported hazardous materials incidents. <br /> • CORTESE—"Cortese"Hazardous Waste and Substances Sites List—Listed sites are designated <br /> by the State Water Resources Control Board (LUST), the Integrated Waste Board (SWF/LF), <br /> and the Department of Toxic Substances Control(Cal-Sites). <br /> • NOTIFY 65—Proposition 65 Records—Contains facility notifications regarding known releases <br /> that could impact drinking water and thereby expose the public to a potential health risk. <br /> • TOXIC PITS — Toxic Pits Cleanup Act Sites — Identifies sites suspected of containing <br /> hazardous substances where cleanup has not yet been completed. <br /> • SWT/LF (SWIS)—Solid Waste Information System—Active, closed and inactive landfills. <br /> • WMUDS/SWAT — Waste Management Unit Database — Used by State Water Resources <br /> Control Board staff and Regional Water Quality Control Boards for program tracking and <br /> inventory of waste management units. <br /> • LUST — Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System — Contains an inventory of <br /> reported leaking underground storage tank incidents. <br /> • CA BOND EXP. PLAN—Bond Expenditure Plan—A site-specific expenditure plan used as the <br /> basis for an appropriation of Hazardous Substance Cleanup Bond Act funds.
