EMGEO <br /> INCORPORATED <br /> 3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> 3.1 Location and Legal Description <br /> The Property consists of approximately 320 acres bounded by Manthey Road, West Manila <br /> Road, West Frewert Road, and the San Joaquin River, San Joaquin County, California (Figure <br /> 1). <br /> 3.2 Site and Vicinity Characteristics <br /> Past uses of the Property have been limited agriculture production, the Frewert Road Class IQ <br /> Disposal Facility, and the Haven Acres Mobile Home Park and Marina. The top of the shallowest <br /> aquifer ranges between zero and 10 feet below ground surface (State of California, Department of <br /> Water Resources Web Site,www.dwr.water.ca.¢ov, State Well#0lS06E22Q002M). <br /> The site is relatively level at an elevation of+10 feet above mean sea level (msl) (USGS, 1996) <br /> (Figure 3). The Property is currently under squash production and is occupied by one residence, <br /> r one garage, and two out-buildings. The regional topographic gradient slopes to the west. The <br /> Geologic Map of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Lathrop Quadrangle compiled by Brian F. <br /> Atwater 1982 lists the geologic formations exposed on the Property as Pleistocene Alluvium and <br /> Holocene Alluvium. The Pleistocene Alluvium consists of predominantly of unweathered gravel, <br /> sand, and silt. The Holocene Alluvium consists of undivided floodplain deposits. <br /> 3.3 Current Use of Property/Description of Site Improvements <br /> A small portion of the northwest area of the Property consists of the Haven Acres Mobile Home <br /> Park and Marina.
