Ripon Rd., Based on the nature of this facility <br /> is included on the Hazardous and the distance from its structures <br /> Materials list. This parcel is located to the Site, it does not appear likely <br /> adjacent to the west of the Site; to have impacted the Site. <br /> however, the structures at this <br /> facility are approximately 300 feet <br /> west of the subject Site. Live Oak <br /> requested records on file at the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department for this facility; <br /> no files were identified. (Current <br /> off-site) <br /> 9. Mark Teunissen Property, 7762 E. Although investigation of this facility <br /> W. Ripon Rd., is included on the has not been completed, no <br /> Leaking Underground Storage evidence has been encountered at <br /> Tanks list. This facility is located this time to suggest that it would <br /> approximately one-quarter mile have impacted the subject Site. <br /> southeast of the subject Site. <br /> According to records reviewed, a <br /> • fire took place at this facility in <br /> 2008. The <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> referred the facility to the <br /> Department of Toxic Substances <br /> Control and Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board; however, it does not appear <br /> as a listed facility on those <br /> agencies' databases.
