Il <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0900029 <br /> Circle JM Dairy <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0900029 was approved by the San Joaquirrk County <br /> Community Development Department on July 3, 2009,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> E' Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to a <br /> pproval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> E This approval will expire on January 2, 2011, which is 18 months from the effective dateof approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> beenfiled, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's-Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DE-VELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff; Jason Jones, 209-468-3136) <br /> a. APPROVAL, This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property lines among three <br /> parcels as shown on the site plan dated February 9, 2009. <br /> b. NOTICE OFLOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance,bf property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
