jE <br /> i <br /> =F CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> sl <br /> PA-0900024 <br /> Circle JM Dairy <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0900024 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on July 3, 2009,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 2, 2011,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, 1 <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff,- Jason Jones, 209-468-3136) l <br /> a. APPROVAL' This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property.lines among four <br /> parcels as shown on the site plan dated February 9, 2009. <br /> b. NOTICE OF-;LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> %conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872A) <br /> t <br /> c. PLANNING APPLICATION PA-0900023: The "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for application PA- <br /> 0900023 shall be recorded and deeds transferred prior to the recordation of the "Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment"for application PA-0900024. <br /> 2.
