The estimates are based on proposed land uses, and an <br /> assumed ratio of maximum daily demand to average daily demand of 2.5:1. According to <br /> Lathrop-Manteca Fire Protection District (LMFPD) staff, the required flow for fighting fires at <br /> KMC will be 3,000 gpm for two hours [1].
