Manthey Road, Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for a <br /> sewage treatment plant. This must be performed prior to acceptance of the application(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates and submitted in requirement B prior to acceptance of the application. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant(for the entire development) to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> E. Construction of sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> MBA <br />
