Ir <br /> i <br /> c. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to Environmental Health for <br /> approval. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105.2) <br /> d. Constructiory of a sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by Environmental Health is <br /> required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> fe. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by Environmental Health prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the nb'imber of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by Environmental Health. (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure the <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1,120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 118570. <br /> f. For the existing single-family residence, open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by Environmental Health (Development Title Sections 9- <br /> 1110.3 and 9=1110.4). Destroy any abandoned wells under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health as required (Development Title Section 9-1115.5[e]). <br /> g. Submit three,-sets of food facility plans to Environmental Health for review and approval prior to the <br /> issuance of t.uilding permits. (California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915) <br /> h. Submit four sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to Environmental Health for review and <br /> approval prior to the beginning of construction. <br /> i. Submit an application for a hazardous waste permit to Environmental Health. <br /> j. If floor drains'are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and.discharged to an <br /> above groun'osystem approved by Environmental Health. A registered engineer must design this <br /> system. The:material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituentsrior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from Environmental <br /> Health. A$210.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> k. If hazardoust�aterial is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services, <br /> 1. If hazardous.waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and comply <br /> with applicable regulations. <br /> 4.
