Storm drainabe runoff created by this development shall be retained on the site and be designed <br /> according to°San Joaquin County Improvement Standards Chapter 3, "Storm Drainage Design <br /> Standards,"Sections 3.46 and 3.58. (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> q. The California Stormwater Quality Association Best Management Practices Guidelines for Retail <br /> Gasoline Owlets shall be used on this project. <br /> r. The California Stormwater Quality Association Best Management Practices for Auto Repair Shops <br /> shall be incorporated into the site's storm drainage design. <br /> s. Storm drainage runoff from the parking areas must be drained through a sandloil separator prior to <br /> discharging into the storm water retention/detention system. <br /> t. Obtain coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated With <br /> Construction'' ctivity. The developer shall file a Notice of Intent with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board(SWRCB). The Waste Discharge Identification Number issued by the SWRCB shall <br /> be submitted;=to Public Works. <br /> u. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff customer use shall be submitted to <br /> Environmental Health indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must <br /> be approved.G y Environmental Health prior to the issuance of building permits(Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2[d]). A review fee of$575.00 must be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approyal. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or EPA Desi'";91� Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems is required for each <br /> parcel.
