The existing well on a neighboring parcel is currently supplying water for the existing office <br /> on this project's proposed parcel in violation of San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.6 and 9-1115.8. <br /> NOTE: <br /> In the event this issue is resolved and the lot line is recorded appropriately,the following <br /> requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project: <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study considering past uses of property and including <br /> residence and customer uses indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of building permit as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of <br /> $ 435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B.
