Manthey Road, Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division showing <br /> sewage and well information as required by the improvement plan <br /> (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 3. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> A Division oFSan Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
