This project is to be located at <br /> 12687 S. Manthy Road in Lathrop. The Department has the following comments: <br /> • This proposed development should pay a"traffic impact mitigation fee". The cumulative <br /> impacts of this and other existing and proposed laud use development, in this area, will <br /> contribute to the degradation of the level of service on the State Highway System. This <br /> degradation will eventually require improvements to accommodate the increase in traffic <br /> volumes to the Interstate 5 (I-5)mainline, as well as the I-5/Roth Road and 1-5/Manthey Road <br /> intersections.
