PA-02-149 of San Joaquin County <br /> General Plan Amendment <br /> The General Plan Amendment is to modify General Plan Volume I, page IV-20, Residential <br /> Development Policy 2, and Volume I, page VI-10,Agricultural Lands Policy 2(b), as follows: <br /> General Plan Volume I, page IV-20 <br /> 1. RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> Policies <br /> 2. The County may permit residential development at densities greater than the <br /> standard densities indicated for the residential land use designations in Policy 1 <br /> under one of the following conditions: <br /> c If the applicant submits a Lot Line Adiustment in which the dwelling unit density for <br /> the affected parcels is not increased as a result of the Lot Line Adwstment <br /> General Plan Volume I,page VI-10 <br /> AGRICULTURAL LANDS <br /> Policies Agricultural Land Use Categories and Densities <br /> 2. General Agriculture. <br /> (b) Density: Development density shall be a maximum of one primary dwelling unit per 20 <br /> gross acres. This requirement does not apply to Lot Line Adjustments if the dwelling unit <br /> stment <br /> density for the affected parcels is not increased as a result of the Lot Line Adiu <br /> Additional dwelling units for farm employee housing and Tann labor camps may be <br /> permitted. Minimum parcel sizes shall be 20-40 acres where irrigation water is available; <br /> 80-160 acres where water is not available for irrigation.
