Property owner will need to demonstrate that septic system installed under Permit#68-242 <br /> for a building labeled "A" on Parcel #3 will not end up on proposed Parcel #2 (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5). <br /> B. Existing well on proposed Parcel 95 is providing water for the office on proposed Parcel #1. <br /> Existing well on proposed Parcel #4 is providing water to residence and buildings on <br /> proposed Parcel #3. The existing well(s) on proposed Parcels#1, #2, and #3 are currently <br /> non-operational.
