%W01 .1
FFimperativeve to recognize that all septic systems and disposal areas have a lifespan. This lifespanble due to the numerous operational and environmental factors involved. A criticale is controlling the on-site water use as much as possible. This may be accomplished byw toilets and spring-loaded sink faucets. Restricting water use also includes checkingks in toilets, dripping faucets, etc. on a regular monthly basis.
V. LIMITATIONS
The findings, opinions and conclusions of this report are based upon information from standard
engineering and analytical test procedures, contemporary scientific literature and agency
consultations. Information in this report is deemed reliable by the sources from where it was
obtained. Results of the percolation testing should be assumed to only represent the subsurface
conditions encountered in the specific area of testing and not of the entire proposed filter bed areas to
serve both the existing Office Trailers and the new Office Building.
The specified design components for the West Lathrop Business Park domestic wastewater disposal
systems are subject to change.
Our report is based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which are extremely variable
and complex within the environment. Although there are several methods to design, size and predict
environmental impact from a septic system, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Sewage Standards and requirements have been employed for these purposes, and for this project.
Therefore, no guarantee or warranty concerning any aspect of this investigation or design, is
expressed or implied.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide this service for you. If there should be any questions
regarding to the information contained within this report, please contact the undersigned.
NLS§5.1,SSS§7.1
Respectfully submitted, VSVhRONye.NT OqOfMoto*
•5O .CyFseN ti .CALlAy9y
CHESNEY CONSULTIN p F ?
No. 04675 No. 14977
• Expires: s 4c Exp. 3-3107
//'/////f OF CAUEO
T ¢a
0 CALIf
0
Don Chesney, R.E.A.- I Harold Callahan, P.E.
Registered Environment Assessor#4675 R.C.E. #14977
Civil E.I.T. #96643
24
Chesney Consulting
