AT&T Wireless Services believes this project will have minimal impact on the site and the surrounding <br /> area. The radio frequency radiation emitted from the antennas poses no significant health risk to the <br /> public due to the fact that this is non-ionizing radiation and the power levels are extremely low. <br /> Exposure levels are well below established standards for general public exposure. There will be no <br /> water, waste treatment or hazardous waste handling or removal requirements. The facility will produce <br /> no adverse impacts of noise, smoke or noxious odors. <br /> This facility will be unmanned with a maximum of 3-4 visits per month by an AT&T Wireless Services <br /> technician for periodic maintenance of the site. The hours of operation will be 24 hours per day, seven <br /> days per week,year round. There will be no customer access to this facility. <br /> The facility will not interfere with radio, television or phone transmissions or with the operation of <br /> household appliances, garage door openers, etc. The facility will be unmanned and maintained two to <br /> four times per month, creating minimal traffic. The use will not be detrimental to or in extreme conflict <br /> with the use of other property in the vicinity, and if removed, the site can be restored to its pre- <br /> construction condition. <br /> In summary,AT&T Wireless Services believes that construction and operation of this facility is in the <br /> public interest and that operation of this facility will in no way be detrimental to the health, safety, or <br /> general well being of the community. <br />
