I location as described in the following and depictod in Exhibit <br /> 2 A shall be known as a point of delivery: <br /> 3 The County Hospital Complex point of delivery shall be at <br /> 4 the manhole constructed on the Southern Industrial Trunk at <br /> 5 Walker Slough near E1 Dorado Street. <br /> 6 C. The County shall operate and maintain all wastewater <br /> 7 collection systems within its jurisdiction and shall operate <br /> 8 and maintain in good condition such pumping stations metering <br /> 9 devices, forcemains and trunk sewers as are necessary. to deliver <br /> 10 wastewater to the City' s Regional System at the point of de- <br /> ll livery designated in Section 9B. , preceding. <br /> 12 D. County agrees to collect and convey wastewater to the <br /> 13 Regional System in such manner as to comply with all terms of <br /> 14 this Agreement and with all applicable laws, rules and regu- <br /> 15 lations. <br /> 16 E. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant <br /> 17 any City right to any portion of the existing sewers , pumping <br /> 18 stations or the treatment facility serving County upstream from <br /> 19 the point of delivery as specified in Section 9B. , preceding. <br /> 20 Neither shall City have any responsibility for the operation or <br /> 21 maintenance of said County sewerage systems . <br /> 22 SECTION 10. LIMITATIONS ON VOLUME AND CHARACTERISTICS OF <br /> 23 SEWAGE <br /> 24 City and County mutually agree that the primary purpose of <br /> 25 the Regional System and of this Agreement shall be to trans- <br /> 26 port, treat, dispose of and/or reclaim wastewater arising from <br /> 27 domestic and related water uses ; that the admission of inflow <br /> 12 - <br /> CO.
