To permit private <br /> services, only one parcel can.be involved or the applicant will need to <br /> meet the public services requirement relative to water and storm <br /> drainage. <br /> Water Policv jBoard Resolution: R-91-973 <br /> Any General Plan Amendment approved by the County shall not result in <br /> increased demand upon the water supply available to San Joaquin County as of <br /> April 2, 1991. <br /> The policy shall apply to: <br /> • Any-amendments to the new General Plan 2010 after adoption by the <br /> Board of Supervisors. <br /> • Documentation adequate to enable the Department of Public Works to <br /> determine conformance with this policy shall be provided as required. <br /> If the applicant intends to file a full application, a water study.must be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Department of Public Works prior <br /> to the submittal of the full application. <br /> Next Steps j <br /> When the applicant has addressed the issues discussed above and is ready to <br /> submit the full application it will be necessary to do the following: <br /> • Submit the remaining portion of the General Plan amendment fee. <br /> • Submit seven copies of the map to be amended. <br /> • Submit seven copies of the application. <br /> • Submit a Soil Suitability Study prepared to the specifications of the <br /> Environmental Health Division if applicable. <br /> • Submit a Zone Reclassification application to include: <br /> ■ Fourteen (14) copies of the completed application. <br /> ■ Fourteen (14) copies of the assessor page(s) with the area to <br /> be rezoned outline.
