(CIO DAVE & <br /> BARBARA SILVA)(APN: 193-200-06, 193-170-01, -34, & -35) <br /> ADDRESS: 8853 SOUTH MANTHEY ROAD, FRENCH CAMP) <br /> The applicant has submitted two applications. The first application is a General <br /> Plan Map Amendment to amend the General Plan designation of one 66.39 acre <br /> parcel (APN# 193-200-06)from AIL (Limited Agriculture)to I/L (Limited Industrial). <br /> The second application is a Zone Reclassification to change the zoning of four <br /> parcels totaling 73.12 acres (APN # 193-170-01, -34, -35 & 193-200-06)from AL- <br /> 10 (Limited Agriculture, 10 acre minimum) and I-W/S-14 (Warehouse Zone/ <br /> Conditional Zoning)to I-W (Warehouse Zone). The project site is currently flat, <br /> vacant land with an existing truck and trailer parking facility on APN # 193-170-34 i <br /> and -35, <br /> The project is located 1000 feet north of Bowman Road, on the west side of <br /> Manthey Road. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this application and has <br /> the following comments: <br /> Agricultural Mitiigation <br /> This project will be subject to the Agricultural Mitigation Ordinance of the <br /> Development Title.'The Ordinance requires agricultural mitigation for a General <br /> Plan Amendment that changes the designation of any land from an agricultural to <br /> E a non-agricultural use (Section 9-1080.3(a)(1)).
