ANDERSON ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> AN D ASSOCIATES INSPECTIONS a TESTING <br /> LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> f <br /> POOL ENGINEERING <br /> POST TENSION DESIGN <br /> February 28, 2007 <br /> NOA Project Number: E07023A <br /> �f <br /> 1. y <br /> SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> I' F SJC APPLICATION NUMBER PA-06-651 <br /> 8853 SOUTH MANTHEY ROAD <br /> FRENCH CAMP, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Dave Silva Trucking of French Camp to conduct a soil suitability <br /> study for the property at 8853 South Manthey Road, French Camp, California. <br /> The soil suitability stud was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> y (SSS)} <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> I 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> �} In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil nformation,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> 1 <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist; dated July 14,2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The site consists of two <br /> p pose <br /> rod parcels,Assessor Parcel Number (API) 193-200-06. The existing <br /> parcel is 66.39 acres in size. The County application number for this project is PA-06-651. <br /> 4 The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> approximately 15 to 20 feet above mean sea level. The Site is relatively flat but located in a region <br /> { with a slight grade down towards the southwest. The property is located approximately one half mile <br /> north of Roth Road and lies directly west of Interstate 5.
