rFebruary 28, 2007 <br /> NOA Project Number: E07023A <br /> I <br /> I <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> f <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the site during file review at the EHD on February 28, <br /> 2007. <br /> k <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 2005 aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleMapsTM. We counted the <br /> building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> j EE cluster has one septic system.
