Anderson&Associates (NOA) has been retained by Ms.Jo Moore of Stockton to conduct a <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 11040 East Mariposa Road, <br /> LStockton, California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Lg9-905.12, as follows: <br /> A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be przpared by a qualified <br /> ` environmentalprofesrionalandsballidentifyanypotentialsourreofsurfaceorsubsurfacecontamination <br /> caused bypast or current land uses. The report sball include evaluation ofnonpoint source ofba1ardous <br /> materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as well aspotentialpointsources,such asfuelstorage <br /> v tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
