Other requirements may also apply. These requirements may not be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant shall uncover existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that <br /> leach lines are not being driven over, parked on, or encroached upon by the proposed fire <br /> truck storage building. This shall he completed under a consultation permit and <br /> inspection with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation <br /> permit is $196.00. <br />
