Raymond Hoo <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-06-293 (SA) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$4,849.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designed as retail service in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $623.00 per 1,000 <br /> gross square foot of building designated as retail service. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) (Development Title <br /> Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $1000.00 per 1000 gross square foot <br /> of building designated as retail service. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06- <br /> 38) <br /> 6.
