PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. Connect the existing oil/sand separator to the public sewer <br /> line. <br /> d. The applicant shall submit a letter from the California valley <br /> Regional Water Quality control Board indicating that there is <br /> no ground water contamination or it has been cleaned up prior <br /> to applying for a Building Permit. <br /> 4 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REOUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> 2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
