SA-95-15
The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the
subject application and offers the following comments :
1 . The parking area for the proposed use should be
constructed using an all-weather paved surface .
2 . The northern most driveway to the site should be closed
and properly abandoned.
3 . All storm drainage shall be contained on-site and
transferred off-site to a terminal storm drainage
facility via an underground system. Absent the
availability of a public drainage system, the
owner/developer should provide on-site facilities
necessary to :.andle the on-site drainage in accordance
with the provisions of Division 5 of Section 16 of the
Stockton Municipal Code .
4 . Frontage improvements including, but not limited to,
curb, gutter and sidewalk installation, pavement
widening, and street light installation should be
installed prior to commencement of the proposed site
activity. These improvements should conform to City of
Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications . Should
installation of these improvements prove not practical
due to existing physical constraints, the owner/developer
shall enter into a Deferred Improvement Agreement with
the City whereby the owner/developer agrees to
participate in the installation of the required
improvements at such time as it is practical .
"STOCKTON...CALIFORNIA'S SUNRISE SEAPORT"
