Mariposa Rd. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1 . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation test is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division, if the soil <br /> suitability study is favorable. <br /> 2 . Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at time of development. <br /> 3 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> 4 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> 5 . Destroy the existing well (s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at time of development <br /> 6. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. Also show <br /> a 100% expansion area for the sewage disposal system which is <br /> for domestic waste only. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
