1 <br /> f. LOADING: One loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 <br /> feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On- <br /> site driveway_: and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as <br /> long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.6) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any I ghting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A mirimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width <br /> of Mariposa Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br /> and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Ten trees shall be planted and evenly spaced <br /> throuchout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six to eight feet in height shall be erected along the north <br /> property line. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][11) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six to eight feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two feet above <br /> the ad:acent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> j. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access gates shall remain open during hours of operation or be recessed from the <br /> property line a minimum of 65 feet. <br /> 2.
