1 f. LOADING: One loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On- site driveway_: and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9- 1015.6) g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any I ghting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A mirimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Mariposa Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Ten trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throuchout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A solid masonry wall six to eight feet in height shall be erected along the north property line. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][11) (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six to eight feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two feet above the ad:acent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) j. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access gates shall remain open during hours of operation or be recessed from the property line a minimum of 65 feet. 2.
