I CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-39 <br /> ` Harley Murray <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements -shall be complied with prior to the <br /> 1 recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The decriptions shall be stamped and signedby a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyors Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> k b.
