Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The proposed maintenance facility shall be connected to an approved seewage disposal <br /> system. Construction of a new sewage disposal system may be required at time of <br /> development, prior to final occupancy approval or Improvement Plan approval (San Joaquin <br /> County, Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> B. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Repair or replace cement surface seal around well casing to sufficiently protect well <br /> casing and the integrity of well grout. <br /> • Raise well casing 12 inches above ground level. <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $174.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br /> D.
