Phase 1 includes the construction of a 6,000 square foot office, a new parking area, and new
signalized entrance on Mariposa Road at Stagecoach Road. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 24,000 square
foot production building and an 8,750 square foot steel fabrication building. Phase 3 includes the construction of
a 12,000 square foot production building and a 2,500 square foot maintenance building.
The land uses proposed with the expansion are compatible with the adopted 1993 Safety Zones for Stockton
Metropolitan Airport. Specific characteristics to be avoided include:
• Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport lights. Reflective materials are not
permitted to be used in structures or signs (excluding traffic directing signs);
• Sources of dust, steam, or smoke which may impair pilot visibility;
• Sources of electrical interference with aircraft communications or navigation. No transmissions which
would interfere with aircraft radio communications or navigational signals are permitted.
