APPLICANT: Same P.O. Box 30610 Stockton, CA 95213 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Site Approval application to expand the existing concrete manufacturing facility in three phases over five years. Phase 1 is the construction of a 6,000-square-foot office, a new parking area, and a new entrance on Mariposa Road. Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within three years, includes the construction of a 24,000- square-foot production building and an 8,750-square-foot steel fabrication building. Phase 3, with building permits to be issued within five years, includes the construction of a 12,000-square-foot production building and a 2,500-square-foot maintenance building. This project is not under Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/G (General Industrial). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of Mariposa Road, at the corner of Stagecoach Road, Stockton. (APN/Address: 179-550-07 & 18/3800 E. Mariposa Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 1) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than November 5, 2014. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on November 12, 2014. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
