Mariposa Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On May 28, 1996, at the request of the applicant, the Community Development Department <br /> revised Conditions of Approval No. 1.(d), (g), and (i), as shown on the enclosed revised Conditions of <br /> Approval. The appeal period and expiration date remain the same. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested parry. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on May 27, 1996.
