Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval: A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health <br /> Department approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
