The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $765.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $238.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 7. A State National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) Construction Permit Notice of Intent <br /> (NOI)shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board if over one(1) acre of total ground is <br /> disturbed by a construction project. <br /> 8. This project may require that a State National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) Industrial <br /> Permit for Discharges of Storm Water be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board. <br /> 9. A community retention pond/terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the <br /> County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision.
