Mariposa Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements may not be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The existing septic system is not accurately depicted on the site plan according to EHD <br /> permit SR#0033583. Submit to the Environmental Health Department a revised site plan <br /> indicating the actual location of the sewage disposal system. In addition, show on revised <br /> plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and <br /> it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $196.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> C. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> D. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> E. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of a building permit(s) for Phase <br /> Two (proposed service repair facility).
