Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> actual location of the sewage disposal system. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage <br /> disposal replacement area. <br /> B. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> C. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator <br /> permit must be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA <br /> Identification Number, and comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
