The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule <br /> at the time of payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution <br /> R-00-433) <br /> i. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule <br /> at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> j. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee <br /> is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of any grading or building permit. <br /> I Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> NOTE: This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector <br /> Control District(209-982A675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at the <br /> time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish floor <br /> elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> This property is not currently approved for STAA terminal and STAA route designations. <br /> The proposed development lies within the boundary of the South Stockton community facilities <br /> District 90-1 (sewer district) and is not currently annexed. The property owner should be aware that <br /> as a condition of receiving City of Stockton sewer service, the property owner would have to annex <br /> to the District and pay the current district annexation fee. (City of Stockton) <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Michael Escotto, 468-3443) <br /> a. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the actual location of the <br /> sewage disposal system. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br />
