Mariposa Road (179-082-52) <br /> The Building Department has the following comments which need to be addressed <br /> for the Site Approval (SA-01-25) at 4242 E. Mariposa Road in Stockton. <br /> 1. Several light poles were installed around the property without Building <br /> Permits. In addition, these lights are shinning onto the adjacent properties. <br /> 2. The pole barn has already been started, again without a Building Permit. <br /> 3. The proposed office building has several violations which must be corrected: <br /> A. The building looks like a temporary structure built without a foundation. <br /> B. There is an open septic tank in the rear of the building. <br /> C. Building will require a structural analysis and Permit to bring the building <br /> into compliance. <br /> D. The building must be handicap accessible which would include the restrooms. <br /> E. Handicap par ting must also be provided. <br /> 4. There is a gas line that has been partially torn out of the ground. This must be <br /> removed and capped. <br /> 5. There is another structure that appears to be on the same property. It also is <br /> being remodeled without a permit. <br />
