This is approximately 13 , 000 Feet North of the <br /> main runway at the above mentioned airport, and in the Conical <br /> Imaginary Surfaces . The proposal is not within a high noise <br /> area. The proposal is located in an overflight area, for air- <br /> craft leaving runway 11/29 at the above mentioned airport. <br /> The Airport Land Use Plan places restrictions on any development <br /> in this area. The applicant should consult the Airport Land Use <br /> Plan prior to considering any land use other than what is exist- <br /> ing at this site. A copy of the restrictions within this zone <br /> are attached. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff finds that the proposal is conditionally, in conformance <br /> with the Airport Land Use Plan. Reflective roofs should be <br /> painted to avoid glare hazard to pilots.
