THE ADDRESSES <br /> MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES (COLOR CONTRASTING <br /> TO BACKGROUNDS, e.g. , WHITE ON BLACK) AND ILLUMIATED <br /> DURNG HOURS OF DARKNESS . <br /> STREET LIGHTING SHOULD MEET THE COUNTY STANDARD. <br /> CUL-DE-SAC STREET WIDTH SHOULD BE 521 . <br /> CUL-DE-SAC STREET LENGTH SHOULD NOT EXCEED 300 ' . <br /> CUL-DE-SAC TURN-AROUND SHOULD BE 601 . <br /> PERIMETER FENCING SHOULD BE REQUIRED. <br />
