AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-90-59 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> h. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. Areas used only for <br /> storage may be surfaced with compacted rock base. All <br /> surfaces shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> i. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> 1. The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall <br /> be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> 2 . All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> 3 . All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises, and with no spillover beyond the property. <br /> j . A minimum of nine (9) automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> provided and shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> k. One loading space shall be provided for each 3 , 000 square feet <br /> of gross floor area. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet <br /> in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum <br /> height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and <br /> maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading <br /> spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are <br /> provided. <br /> NOTE: Any modification of the above conditions or approved plan <br /> shall only be by a "Revision of Approval" application or <br /> by filing of a new application. <br /> NOTE: Copies of the letters received from the Air Pollution <br /> Control District, the Cbuncil of Governments, and the <br /> Sheriff 's Office in response to this application referral <br /> are attached for your review. <br />
