AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-90-59 PAGE FOUR ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. h. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. Areas used only for storage may be surfaced with compacted rock base. All surfaces shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. i. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum standards: 1. The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall be provided throughout the parking area. 2 . All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor system. 3 . All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises, and with no spillover beyond the property. j . A minimum of nine (9) automobile parking spaces shall be provided and shown on the Improvement Plan. k. One loading space shall be provided for each 3 , 000 square feet of gross floor area. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. NOTE: Any modification of the above conditions or approved plan shall only be by a "Revision of Approval" application or by filing of a new application. NOTE: Copies of the letters received from the Air Pollution Control District, the Cbuncil of Governments, and the Sheriff 's Office in response to this application referral are attached for your review.
