A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department at time of submittal of application for a General Plan Amendment. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$525.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and <br /> disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is <br /> required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has no other conditions to impose at the application <br /> stage; however, future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the <br /> provisions of water and sewage. <br />
