Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> NOTE: Applicant/owner shall keep the existing leach field free of asphalt, concrete, and <br /> parking vehicles on it. <br />
