An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. A maximum slope of 10% for the driveways is <br /> required. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $765.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities hnpact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $238.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5.
